01What it is
Once a structure is built, it has to be looked after. Banks, lawyers, accountants and property managers each see one part of it. A family office sees all of it and makes the parts work together.
LFS is an authorised multi-family office under Monegasque Law n° 1.439. The law requires a multi-family office to be paid directly and exclusively by its clients, to carry professional liability insurance and to respect professional secrecy.

Are you paid by banks or product providers?
No. Under Law n° 1.439 a multi-family office is paid directly and exclusively by its clients.
Do you manage investments?
We coordinate and monitor the banks and managers you choose. Investment management itself stays with licensed institutions.
Which families do you work with?
International families with assets or companies in more than one country, usually after a Design or Build mandate.
